First check if the shifting handle is in place. If it is not in place, it should be readjusted. Then check if the shift pressure gauge is depressurized in the second gear position. If the pressure is reduced, it is necessary to check whether there is pressure oil out of the periphery of the 8-shaped end cover of the gearbox. If there is leakage, the surrounding bolts can be tightened. If the above method still cannot eliminate the fault, the 8-shaped end cap must be removed, and the o-ring and paper pad must be replaced. At this time, if there is no pressure oil overflow, it proves that there is a problem with the second gear member in the gearbox, and the second gear member must be removed. First check if the oil seal on the outside of the second gear is damaged, then decompose the second gear member, take out the piston, and check whether the piston ring, oil seal ring and friction plate are damaged. Finally, check if the guide pin in the second gear cylinder is off. If the guide pin falls off, the pressure oil in the second gear will flow out from there, causing the pressure in the second gear to be lowered and unable to travel. Replace the seal or repair or replace the parts for the purpose of pressure reduction.
